Observation notes: It was a hot Summer day around 85 degrees, and it was just sitting on the side of one of our lawn chairs. We live on an apple orchard, and there are horses here too. I'm not sure if any of these things have to do with it being here. I have never seen one of these around my home before. It is also windy and the moth does not seem to want to fly anywhere and is just sitting on the chair.
