Coordinator notes: Your IDs are correct...the top photo looks like a newly emerged male...the lower one is a female that looks more like the subspecies found east of the Continental Divide (CD in the future)...subspecies lycea. On the western slope icaroides looks most like subspecies pembina (typically northward) or ardea over in Utah. The area in Grand County is a location where east-meets-west so to say where a few species can be either-or (otherwise known as intermediate between the two). Hope that makes sense. Mike
