Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: I was wondering if this was the Satyr - as I have a book that says it has two black spots on the forewing inner margin, and it seems like this one does (though one spot is very pale). Too, it was extremely/noticeable light colored above. Though, I wasn't sure if that could be due to age or some sort of pollen or other substance coating the wings.

Coordinator notes: Yes Lynn...I agree with your tentative ID...this is a female Satyr Comma...and often much larger than the usual common Hoary/Zephyr Comma. Mike
