Observation notes: I found this female Monarch dead in my driveway when I went to get the mail at 5:30pm. It was not there in the morning when I got the paper.
She was in perfect condition. No tag.
Actual Temp for that day was 59° /36°
I put it in the freezer, and it is now with the entomologist at the NC Museum of Natural Sciences to determine the cause of death.
