Identification: Least patterned underwing. Forewing pale greenish gray, with usual markings nearly absent. Hindwing yellowish orange with black bands; marginal band may be broken.
Wing Span: 2-3.8 cm.
Life History:
Flight: June-August.
Caterpillar Hosts: Hawthorn.
