Observation notes: Attracted to MV light in backyard of rural residential neighborhood dominated by hardwoods (liriodendron, oak, maple, sweet gum). Light breeze, approx 70F, cloudy.

Coordinator notes: This is either <i>Symmerista albifrons</i>, <i>Symmerista canicosta</i>, or <i>Symmerista leucytis</i>. Adults of these species can only be reliably distinguished by genetalic observation.
