Our summer fundraiser has arrived, and we need your help!
We depend on donations to keep Butterflies and Moths of North America freely available. If everyone who uses this resource makes a donation, we could cover our ongoing costs, develop new features, upgrade the system, and maybe even remove those pesky ads. Please make a one-time or recurring donation to show your support for this valuable source of information. Thank you!
Observation notes: Have never seen this moth before the location is 2010 Chokeberry LN, Warrenton, OR 97146. Located in Clatsop County. This insect was very docile and did not run from humans. Not sure of the name of the bush but it is in the front border of the Food Bank. The temperature was in the low 70"s and clear.

Coordinator notes: This specimen does not have the white forewing edge characteristic of C. multifaria. C. rubroscapus is a better fit.
