Observation notes: Found on the sidewalk. It allowed someone to gently move it off the sidewalk into a protected grassy area so it wouldn't get stepped on. It's about he size of a dime. The weather at the time was sunny and 55 degrees. The weather in Lansing has been in the 70's and 80's (highs) for the past week or so.
