Observation notes: eighty five plus dry, clear sky high desert joshua trees creosote scrub. lots of annuals and buckwheat light breeze. these were low fliers around these flowers getting nectar. 1/4- 3/8 inch long. landing with wings open very sensitive of our movement like all moths seem to be? area starting to dry out. lots of fiddle necks, and tons of flowers carpeting small sand dunes, and gullies.
