Observation notes: caught approx. 0900 while watering, lots of moths get startled and fly when i hand water garden. I watch where the land then try to catch them. in the fridge for about 20 min. this moth was very cooperative even when warm seemed to think it was well hidden ? it flew off when i tried to get it to crawl on finger. about half inch long. warm dry clear day am tee shirt weather. suppose to have a high today of 80 was around 70 time of photo's. our yard has a large combination of native and non native plants and grasses.
