Observation notes: At 100 watt porch light. This specimen lacks the pale terminal dots of mixta, and thus seems closer to impulsa.

Coordinator notes: Euxoa velleripennis is the closest match visually, however I am questioning the date of June 26, 1993 as this is very early for this species.
