Coordinator notes: This is likely albescens based on your location. Another species Pyrgus communis (Checkered Skipper)is virtually identical and can be separated only by examination of male genitalia. The latter may occur in your Spring Mts. but since collecting in that range is not permitted except to individuals under permit, those will be generally impossible to determine. Photographs and binoculars do not work for them.
