Observation notes: May be a county record for Washington Cty. Not in BAMONA database. I encountered this population in July 2011 and found adults on the wing again this year (June 25, 2013). Photos are from 2011. This population is found in a wetland behind the Steuben Town Hall, along Rt. 1, Steuben, ME (Washington Cty.)
