Observation notes: on sweet bush hind wing top side has only small spot of orange, and lacks band of orange lower third topside hw , was very intent on nectar when startled, would just return to another flower of same plant. also on this bush was a small mantid green look to be a female by size of abdomen warm day high 75 at 1200 hrs time of photo just out side of vallecito stage station.
