Coordinator notes: This looks like another form of Bulia deducta, based on photos on MPG. There is good match between the sighting photo and one of the photos on MPG of this species (top row, 4th photo).

Also, the sighting locale seems just north of the range of B. similaris, so I am calling this B. deducta.
