Observation notes: We found this moth outside our local fire station in Portal, Arizona, September 1, 2013. 4 days following heavy rain, today was cool and clear. Dysschema was alive and well, on the ground near the fire station door. We picked it up, it warmed up on our hands and then flew away. Beautiful! We had never seen this here before. Took several photos before it flew.
