Observation notes: Saw this caterpillar in the mulch. Close plants are rhododendron, mint, and citronella. It was a sunny day in the high 70's. The caterpillar looked around and crawled by walking with legs near its head then did a body wave from the tail to the head. This caterpillar has a tail horn and a distinctive marking on its head.
