Coordinator notes: The wing shape, pattern, and legs look like the photos of Xylesthia pruniramiella on MPG, so this is my best id of the photo too. The lichen-like "fuzz" on the wing surfaces on the MPG photos seem missing on the subject photo, but could have worn off.
