Observation notes: Location: Latitude 30.32457N 084.46275W, approximately .02 miles southwest of County Road 267 (Bloxham Cutoff), Leon County, Florida. Location is in wet pine flatwoods habitat of the Apalachicola National Forest. The moth was resting on an unpaved forest service road. Time: 1300 hrs +/-. Weather: mostly cloudy, temperature 90 degrees +/-, wind light from south, rain and storms in area. This location is approximately 13.9 miles west-northwest of the Short-lined Chocolate location that I submitted to BAMONA approximately two weeks ago for ID confirmation.
