Observation notes: Encountered this beautiful butterfly at the end of his life cycle at First Creak trail. When seen it still had the ability to fly despite the poor conduction of the wings. The movement could of the butterfly was like it was drunk. Wobble around like he had no energy. Witnessed a few others that was well and flying with joy. But I am not sure if those were different species. The weather that day was very nice around the 80's due to the time of day (9am) and the abundant vegetation in that area.
I am a environmental student at Nevada State College; so the notes above are actually recorded.
Also special thanks to Kefton Eaton (also a NSC student) for helping to identifying this species
which was not marked or know to this location currently.

Coordinator notes: This is a resident in the Spring Mts. but maybe not at your locality. Lorquin's Admiral is not in this area, Weidemeyer's Admiral is. California Sisters are replaced by Arizona Sisters in this area.
