Observation notes: Saw it on the neighbor's ash tree outside our window. Netted it in situ. Has a clump of green eggs on its abdomen.

Coordinator notes: Check ash tree closer. Your P. multicaudatus female could have laid eggs it. They use that and choke cherry as a larval host plant in Utah.
