Observation notes: Mid day clinging to a light fixture at 1040 Noel Drive, Menlo Park, CA 94025. It had 6 almost suction like feet holding it upside down on the glass and iron fixture. The colors were absolutely beautiful velvet in texture. Its head was large, full body about 3.5 inches long. Face like a Chinese dragon. It was a warm, sunny day, it was on a porch out of the elements.
