Coordinator notes: While there are a few sightings of Queens in SLO County, yours is the first actual collection of one. As such, your record is worthy of publishing in the annual Season Summary of the Lepidopterists' Society and read by amateurs, experts and professionals. The problem is, I have to know the name of the collector. So if you can, please let me know your name. My name is Ken Davenport and besides serving as the state coordinator for BAMONA, I am also the Season Summary Coordinator for California, Arizona, Nevada and Hawaii. You are welcome to join up, Kelly Richers is the Treasurer and the cost is $45 a year. For that you get 4 copies of the Journal of the Lepidopterists' Society, 4 copies of the NEWS magazines and a membership list. That is certainly not required. You can call me at 661-366-3074 or write to me at 8417 Rosewood Avenue, Bakersfield, CA. 93306.
