Observation notes: On July 13, 2011 at 7:41 am I found this caterpillar eating bluebells in a thick mixed forest on a relatively steep mountainside near Navajo Lake, Utah. The altitude of the lake is 9,042'so the location of the caterpillar was higher than that.
