Observation notes: Was on the outside of the house at 9:30 pm on the cedar siding. Very red spots near the body when wings were fully extended. It was very warm and humid, 85 degrees. Easy to catch and released onto a white piece of paper for pictures then onto the outdoor lamp shade. Did not see it fly away.
