Observation notes: We raised this moth from a caterpillar and it must have come out of the cocoon overnight. We were never able to identify the caterpillar until we got the moth. We raised it by feeding it plantain from the lawn (our lawn is not treated with chemicals).After identifying it this morning, we set it free :). It was cloudy and about 68 degrees fahrenheit when it was released.
