Observation notes: First observed interacting with a second white on the forest floor, but the second one flew off. Then this one moved around in response to my photo attempts. Alpine forest (mix of Ponderosa and spruce/fir) with large meadow and live stream (latter with willows, etc.), about 7550 feet. Sunny, warm, usually a dead calm.
