Observation notes: One butterfly nectaring on Clasping Leaf Arnica. Waterfall tumbles down a granite face with arnica and moss growing along the sides of the falls. Location: Parker Creek Falls paved pullout. Habitat: woodsy, paved roadside pullout at a small waterfall. Mossy, moist granite wall and brushy road shoulders. This is the first year I have seen water dripping down the mossy granite walls.
