Observation notes: It doesn't really look like that to me - nor was it near any water -- to me, it resembles Purplish in my book the most - but that doesn't seem to be listed for Colorado on Bamona, so assuming not that!

Coordinator notes: This is definitely the Silver-bordered...a male...not common to get them still on a flower. The North American species is now Boloria myrina...genetics suggests the Old World name selene differs from our in NA. Maybe I mentioned that before? Mike
