Observation notes: Seen around mile marker 4 up the road on Frazier Mountain. Maybe this is H. colorado but it seems kind of early.

Coordinator notes: I was in that area last week and found a Woodland Skipper and to my knowledge Hesperia lindseyi does not occur on Frazier Mountain. And its definitely not a Hesperia columbia which is on that mountain. Also note the hindwing below which lacks the spots lindseyi has-Ken Davenport Added note: Hesperia colorado first appears about July 12 on Mt. Pinos.
