Observation notes: This lovely moth was sleeping on my door frame this morning. His creamy color with grey markings in a pretty wave along with his trademark of sleeping with his wings flat is indicative he is from the geometrae moth family. The weather was cool, but sunny. He ended up flying inside the house 2 hour later when I opened the door to check on him. Now he is sleeping in my living room until I let him out later.
