Observation notes: Subject was present at 8:00am when I got home from work with its wings closed, and was still there at 4:00pm. I gently moved it off my gate and in the process it opened its wings to more clearly display distinctive wing markings. Subject is currently alive but appears to be nearing the end of its life cycle.
