Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: High 17c, rain total 18mm, light wind. 10:455pm 13c, 95% humidity, cloudy, light wind. There were two individuals present. I know identification is highly unlikely, but it is a decent photo. Is it at all useful to make a submission like this?

Coordinator notes: I would suggested Amblyptilia pica with some hesitation, but this is the most likely species. Yes, it is good to submit Pterophoridae even though we may not be able to call to species.
