Observation notes: This duskywing was different than the Juvenal's we were saying. There was some debate among the group, but we think this was a Sleepy Duskywing. It was in the waste area of a parking lot for a trailhead through a sand and pine barren

Coordinator notes: A quick way to rule out a Sleepy (or Dreamy) Duskywing is to look closely at the FWs. The subapical spot chain would not be present on either of these species, nor would the single discal cell spot more centrally. Both of these characteristics are classically seen on Juvenal’s. Hope this helps!
