Observation notes: Large sulphur takes moisture and nutrients from a bedrock seep along Arroyo Trail in the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument. It often joined 'puddling' Sleepy Orange and Mexican Yellow butterflies briefly. The afternoon was warm, windy, and under an intermittently overcast sky.
