Observation notes: Size and shape of Sara Orangetip, but almost completely lacking in orange scales where expected on the Forewing tip. Also seems to be lacking some of the black accents. Other Orangetips were in the area with conventional coloration. Environment drying meadow with a central creekbed that appear to be surficially dry. Oaks, etc following the streampath. Weather warm, some high cloudiness and occasional prolonged gusts of wind.
