Observation notes: Individual nectaring from chuparosa flower seems to enter the tube with caution as its eyes become covered, before moving to the next flower; native plant garden of the Dripping Springs Visitor Center, Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument, NM. The afternoon was warm, breezy, and under full sunlight.
