Observation notes: Individual perched over saturated adobe on a Bermudagrass stem, along the Rio Grande within Leasburg Dam State Park, NM. The mid-day was hot, breezy, and under full sun.

Coordinator notes: Jim, the extensive black along leading edge of DHW and the rounded FW apex with dusting of dark scales are all consistent with Tropical Least Skipperling. they also love riverbank habitats.
