Observation notes: Temperature 12C, cloudy, wind 20kph, a few showers in the area. It had been quite a few days since I had last seen a moth at all when I disturbed this one. It seemed a rather strong flyer, I had to follow it quite a way before it landed on the lawn then it took off again and flew high up into the pine trees at the property's edge. As for ID, I struggled to find a suggestion, but to me, it does resemble a pale version of the Dark Marbled Carpet, Dysstroma citrata
