Observation notes: This moth was resting underneath the leaves of a patch of Wild Strawberries (Fragaria virginiana). It was either on the underside of a leaf or in the leaf litter beneath the plants. I was cleaning up the edges of the plant bed. I disturbed the moth unaware of its presence and it landed in a nearby dustpan. I took the picture as it rested in the dustpan.
