Observation notes: Our daytime high today was almost 30C. I forgot to note temperature, etc. this evening. I put off submitting this sighting thinking this was just a poor photo of a colour variant of Olethreutes bipartitana. However, the colour difference keeps nagging me so, even though my location (per sightings reported to BAMONA) seems out of range for Cochylis ringsi, I thought I would go with it.
