Coordinator notes: Haploa are very difficult to ID as larva. The plant in the photo seems to be Lupine or some sort of clover which isn't helpful in narrowing it down since they typically use trees as hosts. You might possibly be correct in your ID. Unfortunately, each instar is highly variable and from my experience look very similar to each other. I have yet to successfully rear any of the Haploa so I would have a reference of the stages.
