Observation notes: Several were flying at this location with Blue Coppers. When I first saw the drab gray-brown coppers, I thought they were all female Blue Coppers until I had a better look. Both of these photos are of the same individual.

Coordinator notes: If taken in the Rock Creek area, this would be in Mono County...and at Rock Creek, editha and xanthoides can co-occur in the same places. This situation also occurs along the south fork of Bishop Creek in Inyo County. Ken Davenport
