Coordinator notes: I've been seeing more of these in the past decade as well. They're theoretically resident in much of New England, and I've seen them as far north as St. Lawrence County in New York. The historical records shows periodic population irruptions in New England and upstate New York, but in many years I don't see any. And sorry, the site doesn't support loading videos as yet.
