Coordinator notes: This is a male Arctic Blue (subspecies rusticus)...Boisduval's is usually larger and more solidly blue-blue above (rather than gray-blue as you can see this color easily in your photo)...the dark bar you see on the forewings of the Arctic Blue is often absent on Boisduval's or if it is present it is just a mere small black dot...though there could be the odd exception of course...such is nature!
