Observation notes: Having some trouble with this one. Poor venral shot doesn’t help. Continuous line of strong submarginal cream-colored crescents on the hindwing as well as inner forewing patterns rule out Field Crescent. There seem to be differences from Mylitta as well: the hind-wing submarginal crescents are much narrower than those pictured in Glassberg, there's a very fine, thin continuous post-median line, and inner hind-wing lines/markings that are more loosely separated. I’m sure some of these traits fall within an expected range of variation (maybe for a female Mylitta?), but I’m not confident enough to nail it down myself.

Coordinator notes: normal in SE NM, but it does stray, even to Colfax County. this may be only the second record from Colfax Co.
