Observation notes: These hairstreaks were variable from lighter to much darker individuals with spots not unlike Boisduval's Blue. Most of them were on Sagebrush rather than buckwheat and none on lupine. We estimate we saw 15 on the top of Pine Mountain, none below as noted in the past by others.
