Coordinator notes: This is the Rocky Mountains Arctic Blue (rusticus)...looks to be a female. If you compare a photos of the upper and underside of Boisduval's Blue you can find on the BAMONA website and your photo of the I think you will be able to clearly see how they both differ from one another.
