Observation notes: Spotted this specimen on the road side on my usual morning walk. I delayed this submission because I could not decide on a suggested ID due to so many similar-looking possibilities. The one I have suggested has only been reported to this site from the western part of the continent so I am likely way off base.

Coordinator notes: I darkened it a bit and found it bears all the marks of Cyclophora pendulinaria other than spots on the fringe. Probably a little worn.
