Observation notes: Not nectaring, just wandering about a bit in the tall grass and warming in the sun. In an artificial clearing (ski run) in alpine conifer forest. Sunny, pleasantly warm, light breeze at most.

Coordinator notes: hard to tell if this is silver spotted vs. huachuca. The Sandias and Manzanos have confusing populations of this bug; not quite sure which it is.
